In this project, I tackled challenges like simplifying the color section of the product creation page, deciding what to display on the main section, and persuading the merchandising and marketing staff to embrace a significant change.

I shadowed and interviewed the merchandising team and other staff who used the site while they created products. I wanted to know what needed to stay, change or go. Then I started wireframing, incorporating all the key components we discussed. The color section was the most improved and the highlight of the project.
